FGV RI is a reference in academic and applied research in the fields of Political Science and International Relations. Its faculty regularly publish peer-reviewed articles, books, and chapters, and participate in conferences and seminars both in Brazil and abroad.
The research addresses topics such as: international security, global governance, political economy, Brazilian foreign policy, human rights, environment, and international history.
Beyond academic work, faculty also engage in projects that bring together theory and practice, collaborating with companies, NGOs, embassies, and international organizations through consulting and events.
