From the European wars to the emergence of multilateralism and European unity

In the context of the partnership between FGV / CPDOC and LUISS Guido Carli University, FGV’s Center for International Relations, based at CPDOC, invites Professor Mario Telò to discuss the role of wars in the field of international relations within global history. The visiting professor gives a series of lectures, in which he addresses the changes and situations that inspired the conception of international relations in its current form, under a European perspective, since the establishment of the Westphalian system until the emergence of multilateralism and a united European community, topics covered in this brief introduction.
