Wagner Oliveira Monteiro
Doctor in Administration with an emphasis in Finance at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2019). Master in Business Economics from the School of Economics of São Paulo (EESP-FGV) (2008) and Bachelor's degree in Economics from Centro Universitário Álvares Penteado (2004). He is a professor of the Undergraduate course in International Relations at the School of International Relations of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV RI), of the Undergraduate course in Administration at the School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EAESP), of the Undergraduate course at São Paulo School of Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EESP) and MBA at FGV. He has already worked in the Professional Masters courses, Master in Financial/Business Economics (CEAFE/CEABE), Master in Corporate Finance, Controllership and Economics (CEACE), Master in Banking, Financial Institutions and Economics (CEBANKING), Master in Economics and Management (CEEM) and MBA from the São Paulo School of Economics at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EESP), undergraduate courses in the School of Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EDESP), as Deputy Coordinator of the Center for Quantitative Studies in Economics and Finance (CEQEF) and Researcher at the Center for Applied Macroeconomics (CEMAP) of the São Paulo School of Economics at FGV. Winner of the Anbima Award (2010) for the best thesis project. Areas of interest are derivatives, asset allocation, volatility, time series, and quantitative methods in economics.
