Pedro Telles
Pedro Telles is a senior fellow in Social and Economic Equity at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and holds Master in Development Studies with distinction from the University of Sussex, a postgraduate degree in Economic Analysis from Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas (Fipe) and in Politics and International Relations from Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP), and a bachelor's degree in Social Communications from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM).
He is an expert in advocacy, public policy and civic engagement, with extensive experience working in civil society organizations, social movements, the public sector and in electoral campaigns. His trajectory includes organizations such as Greenpeace, Oxfam, Luminate, Legislative Assembly of São Paulo, Brazil Human Rights Fund, Self-Employed Women's Association of India (SEWA) and Overseas Development Institute (ODI), among others. He was also a cofounder of Quid, Advocacy Hub, Bancada Ativista and Engajamundo.
