Mateus Canniatti Ponchio

Ph.D. in Business Administration from the São Paulo School of Business Administration at the Fundação Getulio Vargas - FGV-EAESP (2006) with Doctoral Internship at the University of Otago - New Zealand (2006) and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP (2002). He completed post-doctoral studies (2016) at the Georgia State University Robinson College of Business. Between 2008 and 2021, he was a full professor at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM-SP), where from 2019 to 2021 he served as Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Administration (PPGA/ESPM). He led the creation of a MINTER and a DINTER in the state of Mato Grosso in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Currently, he is a career professor at the São Paulo School of Business Administration at the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-EAESP) and Scientific Editor of RAE - Journal of Business Administration (FGV). He is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Bank Marketing (Emerald). He has experience in the field of Administration, with emphasis on Marketing and Behavioral Finance, mainly focusing on the following themes: financial well-being, consumer indebtedness, consumer vulnerability, consumer behavior, and market research. He holds an ongoing level 2 research productivity grant from CNPq (2021 - 2024).
