Lucas Perez Florentino

Lucas Perez Florentino is a PhD student in International Relations/Political Science at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland). He holds degrees in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil (BA/MA), and was an undergraduate exchange student at Georgetown University in Washington DC. For the last ten years, he has been involved in a series of research projects on Brazil’s and Latin America’s nuclear politics and global nuclear governance. His current research agenda articulates global governance, global nuclear governance, international political sociology, aesthetics studies, science and technology studies, and theories of International relations. He acts ocasionally in ad-hoc initiatives as an external collaborator at the FGV School of International Relations.
