Professor Oliver Stuenkel, of  the FGV Center for International Relations  based at the School of Social Sciences/CPDOC,, participated in the event "L’encadrement de l'usage du veto au Conseil de Sécurité de l'ONU en cas d’atrocités de masse (Regulating the Use of Veto at the UN Security Council in Case of Mass Atrocities)" organized by Sciences Po, Paris School of International Affairs.

He joined the debate "Pourquoi encadrer l’usage du veto? (Why regulate the use of veto?)" with Serge Sur, Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (president), Abdelwahab Biad, University of Rouen, and Bruno Stagno Ugarte of Human Rights Watch.
