FGV and ZEIT-Stiftung discuss global governance at the 2nd edition of Latin American Forum

Until March 31, Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and ZEIT - Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius will hold, in Rio de Janeiro, the second Latin American Forum of Global Governance (LAF). With the purpose of encouraging leadership among young professionals, the Forum aims to promote international discussion on current political, economic, social and legal issues.

The Forum will feature lectures by national and international representatives, such as the president of FGV, Professor Carlos Ivan Simonsen Leal; Manfred Lahnstein, chairman of the board of Trustees, ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius, Germany; Celso Amorim, former defense minister; Sergio Werlang, former director of the Central Bank; Rubens Penha Cysne, director of FGV/EPGE; Oliver Stuenkel, professor of International Relations at CPDOC; Francisco Pardo Fontan, head of the European Union delegation in Brazil; among others.
