Dr. Elena Lazarou, head of the Center for International Relatios at FGV, was invited for the next meetign of the Council of Councils, a inicitive of the Council on Foreign Relations, a North American institutions which organizes and promotes international debates among Think Tanks worldwide. The event will be held from 8 to 10 September in Rome. This regional conference is organized by the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) in partnership with the italian Ministry of Foreign Relations and consists of a series of debates on the perspectives of the european future. Along with Professor Lazarou, Professor Lia Valls from IBRE, PUC, will be taking part in the event.
